Delicate Accessories Rule
For the past few years, it would be a travesty if you left the house without a big, chunky statement necklace. Your perfect outfit not reaching it's full potential without one. (It's called a statement necklace for a reason ya know) Well the winds of fashion change might make you want to tuck some of those away for a season or two.
There's a new, free flowing, gentle movement at the top of the accessory fashion blogs these days....it's the delicate chain necklace. LOTS of them. Layered, slinky, and making their own kind of statement.
Think about the '70's feel good fabrics, open necklines, and movement. The key to this look is to make sure that you have some different lengths, so they're not all competing with one another. If you are a beginner, two is fine, choose a shorter necklace paired with a lariat style. The goal of course, is three (like any good grouping, three is the magic number). If you are layering just two necklaces, make sure they are the same color. Once you master three (or more), it's super chic to mix colors.
Chokers, charms, Y's, chains, or tassels, many are available on our website, www.shoptherubyslipper.com. OR stop in the store to check out the full (and growing) assortment.
