Spring is in full swing and we are in the middle of our shoe sale!  Say what!?  If you’re like me, you may have just got done with the big closet “edit” and are finally ready to add some shoe freshness to your assortment.

But what exactly does a person need this season?  I’m going to give you a few tips, and of course you can reach out to us via email, FB message, or even in person with any questions you may have!

There are a few trends from last year that have stuck around like bubblegum on a shoe! And they have even gotten bigger than last year.  The number one is BIRKENSTOCK!  Seriously people, if you don’t know about these yet, then you have been living under a rock.  The difference for 2019 is getting your hands on unique colors and patterns.  There is life beyond the habana Arizona, I promise!  Show your individuality with a fun pair.

Another ongoing trend are fashion sneakers,,,,,if they’re not white white, then the bolder the better!  We’ve got some super fun Golas looking for homes :)

And the last of the always important summer shoes are summer espadrilles.  Go bold or muted, the most important feature, is that they are from SPAIN!  No one does espadrilles better than Spain.  And if you’re not sure what I’m talking about,,,think of those rope soled shoes often made in summer suedes.

And some of the newest trends for spring summer are clear straps and heels, architectural wonders, feathers, and the soon to return (by mid summer) loafer.

Here is a general rule of thumb about spring and summer 2019,,,,shoes are NOT taking a backseat to your overall outfit this year.  In many cases they are the outfit!  Embroidery, platforms, prints, snake, metallics, and even LUCITE 😳  Give them a way to stand out this season.  Match don’t match is kind of a thing right now, or make it easy and keep your outfit solid and let your feet do the talking!

Whatever your style, we’ve got a broad assortment for you to check out!
